Inspired by the tireless efforts of Betty Martini and the worldwide grassroots members of Mission Possible, we've constructed an online Database Program for the purpose of gathering together a comprehensive listing of all products known or suspected to contain aspartame. As we write this today, 29-July-99, that database is almost empty. The first record in it has been added by Betty herself, which seems only fitting -- it's for Diet Coke, which also seems fitting. As time goes on, and the database grows, we intend that it should be available to everyone. Anyone who'd like to know whether a particular product might contain aspartame will be able to check here and hopefully find that out:
