Chest pain or pressure - (NOT associated with coughing/flu symptoms) especially if radiating to shoulder/arm/back/jaw, worse with physical exertion, associated with nausea or sweating
Difficulty breathing - including an asthma attack
Loss of consciousness - including fainting or seizure
Uncontrolled bleeding
Sudden onset, severe headache - worse than a "typical" migraine for you, if you have migraines
Sudden onset of any of the following symptoms - arm/leg/facial weakness, difficulty speaking, blurred vision, confusion/disorientation
Severe abdominal pain
Possible contagious rash - (e.g., chickenpox, scabies, measles), especially if associated with fever
Chemicals splashed in the eye
Medication overdose or ingestion of a chemical
