When you choose WellNow Urgent Care, you can expect friendly staff, excellent service from experienced healthcare professionals, and well-equipped clinics with advanced medical technologies. Whether you receive care virtually or visit one of our clinics, we’ll help you get better without taking too much time out of your life.

Types of Urgent Care Visits

We’re making healthcare more accessible than ever before. With three convenient ways to connect with our healthcare providers, you can access urgent care on your terms.

Telehealth Visits

You can contact a healthcare provider 24/7 through our online telehealth service. Instead of traveling to a clinic, telehealth allows you to connect with a medical provider in as little as 5 minutes.

You only need your internet-connected phone, computer, or tablet to use telehealth. After a quick registration, you can speak to a provider virtually about your symptoms. You will receive a treatment plan within an hour. Any prescriptions will be sent to a pharmacy of your choice. Many conditions can be treated virtually. See the list of telehealth services and start your visit here.

Physical Examinations

You can visit one of our many urgent care centers to see a medical provider in person. Most locations are open seven days a week; walk-in or reserve your time online!

Most non-life-threatening conditions can be treated at our state-of-the-art facilities. Diagnostic tests like X-rays, lab work, and COVID-19 tests can be done right at your local clinic. Some medications and assistive supplies are available on-site, and referrals can be made for specialist care.

Each healthcare provider is dedicated to providing excellent service and quality of care. Our team of medical professionals includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and radiologic and clinical technologists.

WellNow On-Site Virtual Care Visit

Our on-site virtual care combines advanced technology with cooperative medical expertise for even quicker access to medical services. When our in-person providers are running behind or unavailable, you can skip the line by using our on-site Virtual Care. When you choose the on-site virtual care service, you will be guided to a private exam room, where a medical provider will connect with you on-screen. A patient care technologist (PCT) will conduct tests using a connected medical device called Telecart. Test results will be instantly sent to the physician, who can provide diagnosis, prescriptions, and treatment plans as needed. The on-site virtual care program is available for most non-emergency conditions.

Preparing for your Visit

Before your visit, preparing a list of your symptoms, current medications, and questions you have for the healthcare provider is helpful. You will also need to provide some information when registering for your visit.

Preparing for a Telehealth Visit

Getting started with virtual healthcare is quick and easy. Just visit our telehealth page and click “Start Visit.” To register, enter your personal details and insurance information (if you have coverage). Then, find a quiet, private area to take the virtual call. Prior to your telehealth visit, please have ready:
