Our accepted insurance plans
All WellNow Urgent Care centers and telehealth services accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
Copayments are determined by your insurance plan — please refer to your policy benefits for more information.
If your insurance carrier is not listed below, your claim may still be paid as an out-of- network service and may require additional financial responsibility from you. Please call your carrier’s member services (the phone number should be listed on the back of your insurance card) or refer to your policy benefits to determine your out-of- network treatment options and your financial responsibility.
Please bring with you:

Why choose WellNow Urgent Care?
As an alternative to visiting your primary care provider or an emergency room, WellNow is here for you when you want to get well, now. Our qualified and friendly providers are committed to offering reliable, accessible services for our patients and communities. We are proud to be one of only 10% of urgent care facilities accredited by the Urgent Care Association — a testament to our high standard of care.
We help make it all better.
Quick and convenient care offered seven days a week.
Our facilities are open every day, including all major holidays, to provide you and your loved ones with treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Many locations are now open 7am-11pm to better serve you. See location page for hours of operation nearest you.
Online check-ins available.
Whether it’s an unforeseen ailment or a last-minute physical, all WellNow facilities are equipped to help and accept most insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, Fidelis and TriWest. Just check in online or walk in. All patients who require COVID-19 testing and/or care are asked to make an appointment prior to their visit.
A safe visit, even when you’re under the weather.
Rest assured that we are keeping all of our facilities safe and sanitary by following all guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. In addition, we are proud participants of the Antibiotic Stewardship Commendation Program, and promise to prescribe antibiotics responsibly. As your urgent care provider, we work to provide the best possible treatment for your condition. If an antibiotic is not needed, we will explain this to you and will offer a treatment plan that will help. Learn more here.
A facility right around the corner.
We’re proud to be here in your community. And while we hope you stay well, we’re happy to play a part in helping your family get better.
