All our locations accept walk-in physicals. Our highly trained staff can complete your child’s exam along with any forms needed for the upcoming school year.

Requirements for your child’s school, sports and camp registrations can easily add to your ever-growing to-do list. However, these physical examinations are important for ensuring your little student, athlete or adventurer is healthy, strong and ready for action.
WellNow Urgent Care’s qualified providers are proud to take the worry out of your child’s paperwork by offering physicals for school, sports and camp starting at just $60 — with online check-ins available and no appointments needed.
What to Expect
Back-to-school, sports and camp physicals vary based on the child’s age, but typically the provider will:
Record your child’s height, weight, blood pressure, pulse and BMI
Check your child’s heart, lungs, lymph nodes, abdomen, skin, eyes, ears, nose and throat
Evaluate your child’s vision, joints, muscles and spine
Discuss the medical history of your child & your family
Important reminders
Children under 18 years of age, need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We cannot proceed without an adult onsite.
Bring a list of any medications your child takes, including over-the-counter medicines.
For back-to-school exams, bring your child’s immunization records or documents.
