Experience

Jenilee provides strategic and operational leadership for clinical education across the organization. She develops and delivers role-specific and provider-focused training programs to ensure team members are equipped to meet performance expectations and deliver safe, high-quality patient care.


In this role, Jenilee leads new hire provider education, oversees continuing medical education initiatives, and collaborates closely with clinical, operational, and field training teams to support business initiatives through effective training programs, job aids, and clinical resources. She facilitates the medical staff’s monthly meetings, builds educational content aligned with provider quality improvement plans, and chairs the Clinical Standard Improvement Committee to advance clinical excellence, standardization, and patient safety across urgent care operations.


Jenilee has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 2008. Her clinical background includes four years of emergency medicine at Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston, Virginia, followed by more than 14 years in urgent care at WellNow Urgent Care. She has served as Lead Chair of the Clinical Standards Improvement Committee since 2023.

Marywood University — Bachelor of Science (2007) and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (2008).
