Responsibilities

Jenilee supports all locations overseeing the education and training
of clinical and provider teams.

Education and Training Team:

• Develops and delivers training for specific roles to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge base to perform up to expectations and deliver patient care safely

• Provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to clinical and operations team members.

• Promotes business initiatives, developing new courses, and collaborating with field trainers to produce training and job aides.

• Develops and delivers continuing education for our teams.

Provider Education

• Develops and delivers new hire provider training

• Leads the medical staff's monthly meeting

• Builds and delivers educational content for provider quality improvement plans

• Leads Clinical Standard Improvement Committee

• 12 years Urgent Care, WellNow Urgent Care PA at Big Flats clinic, transitioned into Lead Provider
