BUFFALO, NY – WellNow Urgent Care, one of the country’s fastest-growing urgent care providers, announced that in response to increased demand for COVID-19 testing in the region, its newest center on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo will open on Monday, October 4, 2021 as a dedicated COVID-19 PCR testing center for asymptomatic patients. Located at 1597 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14207, the new testing facility will be open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Appointments are strongly encouraged and can be scheduled online. Patients without symptoms who require PCR results for work, school or other purposes are also considered asymptomatic. Individuals with symptoms of COVID-19, those who may be at high risk for COVID-19 due to age or other health factors, and those who require screening before a surgical procedure should visit a full-service WellNow Urgent Care location.
